Technical support and training is handled by COHS Technical Services (cohstechsupport@hs.uci.edu)

COHS Technical Services does not provide meeting support.  If your event requires a technical professional to be onsite during the entirety of the event, please contact your local IT Coordinator.  There are third-party vendors that provide meeting support services:

The Zoom Rooms at COHS building are designed to use wireless connectivity for screen sharing. A Zoom Room Guide is available at the podium of each room. HDMI connectivity is available should anyone choose to utilize a wired connection; however, this option has been known to experience intermittent issues with sound and video. This issue is caused by HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) which was designed as protection against piracy. The wireless screen sharing option bypasses HDCP.

The Zoom Room guide can be found in the General Resources page located in the “Downloadable” section.

** If the Zoom system recordings are not sufficient, any of the third-party vendors mentioned earlier in this document can provide a solution.
