This room is reserved for high level executive meetings. Use of this room also comes with the use of the adjoining patio area. (Please note that if your event is being catered, you must also book CR 5020 for all catering overflow.)

Policies

All venues must be restored to the original condition in which you received it. Make sure to

• Keep the room clean
• Push in chairs and adjust any furniture that may have moved during your event
• Wipe down the white boards when the meeting is completed
• Turn off the TV
• Clean any trash off the tables

If a room or space is reserved with food that may overflow the room or space, you must contact custodial for immediate pick-up.
