Rooms may be booked by graduate students within the Program in Public Health, School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the Sue & Bill Gross School of Nursing,
How to Reserve
Students should view room availability via the room calendars:
If the room is available, students can fill out the reservation form.
Hours of Operation
Both 2115 and 4036 are available to book between 7 a.m. – 10 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding university holidays).
Booking Policies
- Students can book up to 7 days in advance and may have up to 3 reservations at one time.
- Same day reservations will not be accepted. Reservations must be made by 4pm the prior business day (M-F) in order to be reviewed.
- There is a daily limit of 3 hours across all study rooms.
- If you will not be using the room, cancel your reservation by emailing hscreservations@hs.uci.edu. This is both a courtesy to other students and will ensure that these hours do not count toward your daily limit.
- When it is time for your reservation, proceed directly to the study room. Always have your email confirmation readily available.
- The UCI COHS reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. emergency maintenance is required).
Room Policies
- Furniture may not be moved in or out of meeting rooms. Remove all personal items, including trash, at the end of your reservation.
- If the room is left with trash, damages, or missing furniture, the ability to reserve student space will be revoked.
- If you reserve a room and find it to be dirty or damaged when you arrive, please take a photo and send an email to hscreservations@hs.uci.edu.
- The UCI COHS is not responsible for unattended belongings.
