The Vice Chancellor Executive Conference Room is intended for meetings and events with executive leadership in attendance. (Please note that reservation of this room includes the adjoining 5th Floor Patio.)

Policies & Procedures

  • Departments hosting catered events and meetings are responsible for submitting service requests for additional trash bins and clearing trash by the conclusion of the reservation time.
  • Push in chairs and adjust any furniture that may have been reconfigured.
  • Remove trash and belongings
  • Wipe down white boards
  • Turn off television

By reserving any space within the Health Sciences Complex, departments agree with all Health Sciences Complex Reservation Policies & Procedures, UC Irvine Policies, and applicable federal, state and municipal laws and ordinances.
